Our Velvet N*Ice Cream is a light, non-greasy creamy moisturizer that is great for wavy, curly, coily, and kinky hair and can be used on wet or dry hair. Packed with quality super star moisturizing ingredients like Rice Bran Oil and Oatmeal. 

Rice Bran Oil stimulates hair growth, heals, strengthens and moisturizes the hair and scalp. It also promotes silky soft hair, prevents moisture loss and adds elasticity and suppleness while helping to mend split ends. 

Oatmeal is amazing at strengthening and protecting the hair from breakage and brittleness as well as preventing hair fall and soothing a dry and  itchy scalp. It does a great job of sealing in moisture which is a key factor in preparing the hair for maximum hydration.
It's great for wash and goes, roller sets and setting manipulated curly, wavy, kinky styles.

INSTRUCTIONS:
